Welcome to Hallelujah Farms, nestled in the foothills of Eagle, Idaho is proud to continue the 30 year legacy of Once Upon a Horse dressage training and boarding facility. Ideally located just a quick twenty-five minutes from the airport, and only fifteen minutes from Idaho’s capital city of Boise, our teams focus is on classical dressage training and we are here to help you improve your riding skills and your communication with your equine partner.

Amy’s love of horses began as a very young child with an Arabian/Welsh Pony cross named Velvet Joy. Amy and Velvet participated in local Western shows and 4H with The Mustangers Pony club.  Amy earned an academic scholarship to an all girls’ boarding school, The Madeira School in McLean, VA and then transitioned to English riding.  At Madeira, Amy competed in Hunter Jumper shows on the school riding team. The team competed at Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) competitions in addition to local and USEF- rated horse shows. 

Teresa Valenti / Trainer

Teresa is a Grand Prix rider and Trainer and a USDF Silver and Bronze medalist who started her riding career almost thirty years ago in Eagle, Idaho.  Valenti started as an Eventer on her pony Snickerdoodle.  After a few years of competing at horse trials around the Northwest she decided to focus exclusively on Dressage.  She purchased her first Dressage horse, Jamboree.  Jamboree even went to college with Teresa in Portland, OR.

Joli Griffith is a successful Grand Prix Dressage rider and trainer. She is a USDF Silver and Bronze medalist and is currently chasing her Gold medal for 2020.


Adrienne Baisch / Trainer

Adrienne approaches rider education & training with a background of both dressage and traditional western performance methods. It is through this diverse background that she is able to use a variety of methods to bring custom solutions to both her horses and her clients.
She enjoys the motivation of students who want to achieve success in show ring as well those looking for more harmony in daily horsemanship. 

Chelsea Seburn / Barn Manager

We are very proud to have Chelsea as HFD Barn Manager. Chelsea was a highly successful Junior rider for Team USA, with her now semi-retired horse, "Rolex" and is currently starting her young horse "Chimes." A USDF Silver and Bronze Medalist, Chelsea, represented the U.S. in the Young Rider World Cup in Frankfurt, Germany in 2007.
